chicken shawrma: 350 covered for 20-30 minutes or until hot  Can microwave 1:30 with 1 minute intervals until hot.

chicken and sausage cacciatore: 350 covered for 30 minutes or until hot.  Half 15-20 minutes  Can microwave 1:30 with 1 minute intervals until hot.

penne with chicken and broccoli:  350 covered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally or until hot.  Can microwave 1:30 with 1 minute intervals until hot.

pork chops: 400 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.  uncovered.  Can microwave 1:30 with 30 second intervals until hot.

caprese chicken: 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.  Half 20 minutes.  Both covered.  Can microwave 1:30 with 30 second intervals until hot.

maple salmon: 400 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.  uncovered.

cajun chicken: 350 covered for 30 minutes or until hot.  Half 20 minutes.  Can microwave 1:30 with 1 minute intervals until hot.

sides: broccoli  and cheese sauce: microwave 30 second intervals until hot stirring after each 30 second.

vegetable medley:  same as cheese sauce or heat at 350 on a sheet pan for 10 minutes or until hot.

parmesan potato: heat on a sheet pan at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
