Tip: leave your food out on the counter 15-30 minutes before heating to help it stay tender while heating

sesame chicken: heat in oven at 350 covered for 20 minutes or until hot.  Microwave 1:30 then 1 minute increments until hot

chicken carbonara: 350 for 30 minutes covered.  half: 20 minutes

tuna casserole: 350 for 20 minutes covered then 10 uncovered to toast the chips.  Half 15/10 minutes

tuscan shrimp: heat in microwave 1 minutes stir then add 1 minute then stir then 30 second intervals until hot.

stuffed peppers: 350 covered for 20 minutes then 10 uncovered

chicken and sausage alforno: 350 covered for 20 minutes then 10 uncovered stirring occasionally

monterey chicken: 350 for 30 minutes covered then 10 uncovered.  Half: 20 and 10

brushetta haddock: 10-15 minutes or until hot.

sides:  all sides can be heated at 350 for 15 minutes covered or microwaved for 1 minute then 30 second intervals
