Incredible Meal and Evening by Chef Ken
Our vacation in Maine was even more elevated with an incredible meal by Chef Ken for our family of 10. The food was incredible! Chef Ken made the experience easy and exactly what we wanted. The appetizers were delicious and then we moved on to Sea Bass and lobster with an amazing salad and sides. I was super impressed when the grill at home we rented wasn’t working and they still made the meal perfect in every way! It was also a treat to get to know a bit more of Chef Ken’s story and his love for food. His care for his work is apparent and everything was perfect for us! I HIGHLY recommend Chef Ken and would hire him again if we are anywhere in his area….you are sure to enjoy it!!!!

We had Mac and cheese with ham and peas (I added the broccoli for myself) but he has options for everyone, keto choices, and most diet restrictions can be accommodated. I’m going to add a link to the website in the comments, if you’re in the area I highly suggest giving him a try. I can’t wait to order another meal.

It’s so important that we support our local businesses, always but right now is even more important. I noticed this company specifically because he said outright he will not be raising prices in the foreseeable future. That deserves my business, as well as all of yours! There are several budget meal options, this was one of them!

First time getting dinner from a local personal chef, who even delivers your meal! I gotta say I’m blown away, it was so affordable and the quality was phenomenal đź‘Ś I don’t know about you but planning dinner gets so monotonous for me, I seriously dread it some days. This makes it something we can all look forward to.
Taste delicious
I recently ordered the grilled, marinated steak tips with bacon dusted Brussel sprouts and roasted sweet potato meal from Chef Ken. I expected it to taste delicious because I’ve ordered other meals from Chef Ken, but this meal was amazing. I kept telling myself I should save half for another night but kept eating until it was all gone. The marinated meat was sweet and little spicy and juicy and tender. The roasted Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked. Do yourself a favor and order this the next time it is offered. I know I will.
Cheaper & healthier than getting take out all the time
I originally started buying from you because I was staying at a hotel and it was cheaper buying this then getting take out all the time, and definitely healthier. I was able to serve my son some real home cooked meals when we didn’t have a stove to cook with. I continue to buy because it’s all prepared, saves time from shopping and preparing.

On my 72nd birthday, celebrated at our oceanfront vacation rental in Maine, my 3 sons announced that they would “take care of dinner”.
Imagine my surprise, when walking into the kitchen, there was Chef Ken!
He had prepared an incredible spread of appetizers, followed by entrees, vegetables and desserts for 13.
Everyone was impressed with the variety, quality and presentation of the food, and enjoyed each and every bite.
Chef Ken and Marlo were engaging, professional, and their attention to detail- impeccable.
Plus, the entire evening was stress free for me; spent the evening with family, rather than cooking, serving, and facing the dreaded after dinner mess. Ken did it all.

Ken has an in-depth knowledge of the food and everything he served was delicious. He was very conscientious of our dietary restrictions and invented in the ways to make the meals still wonderful. Ken is very friendly, flexible and easy to work with. All of our kids have favorite fishes from him. He also gave us a cooking class which was fun and enlightening! We look forward to using him again in the future!

Thank you so much for your awesome catering services! Ken was very responsive and worked with me to create a menu that worked for my son’s graduation party. Ken kept me informed throughout the process and confirmed the menu and arrival time to drop off the food for the party. That day Ken arrived right on time with all the food and equipment {serving dishes, chaffing dishes, and utensils} for a successful party! He showed me how the food was organized and how to use all the equipment. Everything was packaged in trays {mostly disposal} so we could easily refill items with easy clean up! Whenever I host a party, I am worried about not having enough food but there was PLENTY to go around! We even had leftovers which was nice to send some party goers home with to go bags! Our guests raved about the food and loved the customized menu which included gluten free options! The menu included steak and cheese subs, sausage subs, chicken skewers, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, garden salad, and cheese board. The hit of the party was the fried dough with all the toppings! The quality and quantity of food was amazing all at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Ken again!
He’s Clearly An Expert….
Chef Ken will meet your catering needs and exceed your expectations. We hire Chef Ken for our non profit’s annual Corn Hole Tournament and our selected menu with him was superb. His portions exceeded our needs and we recived nothing but praise. He is timely, professional and clearly an expert in his field.

Ken was responsive and thorough in asking questions about our food preferences; collaboratively we planned a three-course meal for two. Because I am a vegetarian, he was accommodating in creating two distinct main courses for us. My boyfriend said the wellington was one of the best meals he has ever had. Ken elevated home-style favorites like the spinach artichoke dip (so creamy!) and apple crisp (with freshly made cinnamon whipped cream). My harvest bowl with veggies and pesto Alfredo sauce was delicious and hearty too. The price was reasonable for the amount and quality of food we received. I would highly recommend Ken as a personal chef.

We ordered the Valentine’s Day Dinner special of Beef Wellington, Asparagus, Parisian Potatoes and Dessert. The Wellington was beautifully cooked, and simple to reheat at home without compromising any taste or quality of the dish. Likewise the asparagus- probably the best I’ve ever eaten, and the potatoes – which were done in such a fun style that I don’t think I could even replicate it myself at home. We were beyond happy, satisfied customers and I’m really looking forward to ordering from Chef Ken again. Delicious food, reasonable prices, and generous portions. You can not beat this anywhere in the Seacoast!

For anyone looking for an amazing chef and someone to make the process of catering for any formal event easier, chef is the guy to do it! My husband and I were extremely stressed with wedding details as well as my mother and he took care of everything so that we had time to focus on other things but kept us up to date with emails, phone calls and meet with us as needed! When the big day came everything went beyond smooth and can’t thank Ken and Cassie enough! Thank you!

We hired Chef Ken Payette to cater our daughter’s wedding. His attention to detail was refreshing. He arrived early to get familiar with the kitchen and reception area.
