tip: leave your food out on the counter for 15-30 minutes before reheating to help it stay tender.

pepperoni pizza pasta bake: 350 covered for 20 minutes or until hot stirring occasionally.  Half: 15 minutes.  Microwave 1:30 first stir then add 1 min stir then 30 second intervals until hot

chicken picatta: 350 for 30 minutes covered or until hot, half 20 minutes

burrito bowl: can be served hot or cold.  Tip: heat and then put in a flour tortilla to make a burrito or soft taco.  Heat in microwave 1 minute without the dressing or avocado.  stir then add 1 minute then 30 second intervals until hot

chicken roulades: 350 for 20 minutes covered.  half 15 minutes or until hot

buffalo mac and cheese: same as pepperoni pasta bake

meatloaf: heat at 350 after cutting, for 20 minutes or untiil hot or microwave 1:30 then 30 second intervals until hot.

chicken scallopine: same as picatta

blackened salmon: 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.

sides: heat all in microwave for 1:30 stir then 30 second intervals until hot.  Mashed potato add 2 tbsp of cream or milk before heating
