Cooking Instructions:

Lasagna:  350 for 50 minutes covered.  Uncovered for an additional 10-15 or until bubbly.

Teriyaki Chicken:  The rice has salt and pepper with some sesame oil as well.  Sauté the cauliflower in a frying pan and add a little soy sauce or some scrambled egg to make it fried “rice”.  The chicken can be heated in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until hot.  Microwave the broccoli or sauté it.

Jambalaya:  350 for 20 minutes or microwave the rice and jambalaya together.
