Disclaimer: the plastic containers are not oven proof.

Tip: leave your food on the counter for 15-30 minutes prior to reheating.  This will help it stay tender after heating.

American Chop Suey: heat at 350 for 20 minutes stirring occasionally covered.

Stuffed Pepper Soup: heat in a heavy bottomed sauce pot on medium high stirring frequently until hot

Chicken Marsala: heat covered at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.

Pecan Chicken: same as chicken marsala

Salmon Florentine: 350 uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

Pepper Steak: heat at 350 uncovered stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until hot.

Sides – rice: heat in microwave for 1:30 and adding an additional 30 seconds till hot.

green beans: heat at 350 uncovered for 10 minutes or microwave for 1 minutes then 30 second intervals until hot

cajun corn: heat in a sauce pan on low stirring frequently till hot or microwave same instructions as rice.
