Disclaimer: the plastic is not oven proof’

tip: leave your food out on the counter for 30 minutes before heating… this will help everything stay tender while heating.

Beef Stew: heat on medium in a heavy bottomed sauce pot stirring frequently until hot.

Fried Chicken:350 uncovered for 20 minutes adding 10 minute increments if not hot enough

corn: microwave 1:30 stir then add 1 minute increments till hot

Mashed potato: heat in microwave  1 minute at a time stirring in 1 tbsp cream or milk each minute

cabbage: 350 covered for 10 minutes or microwave  1:30 until hot

brisket: heat covered for 10-15 minute

Greek pasta: heat covered at 350 for 20 minutes stirring occasionally until hot

Chardonnay  chicken: heat covered for 20-30 minutes or until hot

pork: heat 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
