Disclosure: the plastic container is not oven proof
tip: you can leave the food on the counter to warm up a little before putting in the oven or microwave and it will be more tender than if you put it directly in the oven after refrigeration.
Manicotti: 350 loosely covered for 30 minutes or 20 for a half, then uncovered for 15 minutes
Italian chicken: 350 for 30 minutes or 20 for a half covered
Chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole: 350 covered for 20-40 minutes stirring occasionally
Broiled haddock: 10 minutes on 400.
Shepherds pie: 350 covered for 40 minutes then 10 uncovered. 30 for a half
Roasted potato: 15-20 uncovered at 350
Asian stirfry: heat in microwave 1 minutes stir then 30 second increments till hot
Grilled zucchini: same as above or oven at 350 uncovered for 12-15 minutes.
