Tip: leave your proteins on the counter for 15-30 minutes before heating to help stay tender while reheating

Steak tips with sides: heat tips at 400 uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until desired temp is reached.  Sides can be heated same way.

Pasta Primavera: heat at 350 covered for 20 minutes or until hot stirring occasionally

French onion chicken: 350 covered for 20 minutes and then 10 uncovered to brown cheese.  Add 10 minute increments as needed to reach temp  Half 15 min then 10 uncovered.

Philly chicken:  same as French onion

Salmon: 10-15 at 350 or until hot.  Heat rice in microwave for 1:30 adding 30 second increments as needed

Chicken BBQ thighs: heat 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.  Half 20 minutes or until hot

sides: cauliflower mashed: heat in microwave for 1:30 adding 30 second increments as needed to reach temp

Zucchini: heat in oven at 350 uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until hot

Roasted potato: same as zucchini but at 400
