Tip: leave your food on the counter for 15-30 minutes before heating to help it stay tender.

chili mac and cheese: Heat in oven at 350 for 20 minutes covered stirring occasionally.  Then uncovered for 10 minutes to brown the cheese.  Or Microwave 1:30 stir  then 30 second increments until hot.
garlic and herb chicken thighs: heat at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered or until hot.
cabbage and kielbasa: heat in microwave 1:30 Then add 30 second  increments until hot.  stirring after each increment.
balsamic peach chicken: heat at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered or until hot.
Mediterranean grilled chicken: heat at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered or until hot.
Seafood au gratin: heat at 350 covered for 15 minutes or until it bubbles.  Then uncovered for 5-10 to brown the crumbs
pulled pork dinner: heat the pork and beans in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot.  Add the bread to the oven for the last 10 minutes to warm.  Or microwave the beans and pork 1:30 Then add 30 second increments until hot.  stirring after each increment.
Meatloaf Dinner: heat in microwave at 1:30 and then add 1 minute then 30 second increments until hot.  Or heat at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until hot covered.
Chicken Bacon Ranch: Heat in oven at 350 for 20 minutes covered stirring occasionally.  Then uncovered for 10 minutes to brown the cheese.  Or Microwave 1:30 stir  then 30 second increments until hot.
sides: corn – heat in microwave 1 :30 or until hot
beans – heat in microwave 2 min in a microwave safe dish. stirring after first minute.
