Disclaimer: the plastic is not oven proof

Leave all food at room temp for 15-30 minutes before heating in the oven,  this will help the food to relax and stay more tender.

Chicken Parmesan: 350 covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for 10 or until hot.  Half: 20 minutes then 10.

Taco Casserole: 350 covered for 20 minutes then 10 uncovered or until hot.  Take some lettuce, tomato, onion and put on top after heating and just scoop into tacos for a delicious meal!

Horseradish Haddock: 350 uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

Spaghetti and meatballs: heat in microwave with 1 tablespoon of water in the spaghetti, or bring a pot of water to boil and drop in for 30 seconds, drain and serve.  Heat meatballs in oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes or until hot 1 minute increments

Smothered pork: 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Sides: heat at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until hot stirring occasionally.  or, heat in microwave for 1:30 stir and then hit with 30 second increments.
