Tip: leave your food on the counter for 15-30 minutes before heating to create a more tender product.

Bacon Carbonara: heat in a sauce pan with 4 tbsp of milk stirring constantly on medium heat until hot.  Or. Heat in the oven at 350 covered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.  Half follow stove top directions

Beef Stroganoff:  Heat at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until hot.  Or. Take the steak out and heat separately in the oven uncovered for 10 minutes on 350 stirring occasionally.  Heat the pasta in a heavy bottomed saucepan on medium with 4 tbsp of milk stirring constantly until hot.

Chicken Roulades:   350 covered for 15 minutes then uncovered for 10 minutes.

Salmon: heat at 350 uncovered for 10 minutes or until hot.

Chicken Milanaise: served as a salad.  Can heat the chicken at 350 uncovered for 10 minutes or until hot.

Sides: all sides heat at 350 uncovereed for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
