Chicken tortilla casserole

400 covered for 20-30 minutes.  Uncovered for 10 additional minutes to brown the cheese.  Half same but only for 15-20 minutes then 10 uncovered.

Smoked pork dinner

pork: Add bbq and then heat in microwave for 1 minute then 30 second intervals stirring until hot.  You could also heat in oven uncovered for 10 minutes. stirring the bbq sauce in first.

mac and cheese: 400 for 20 minutes covered then 10 additional minutes uncovered in an oven safe dish.  You can also add 2 tbsp of milk or half and half and then microwave for 2 minutes.  Then 30 second intervals until hot.

Monterey chicken

350 covered for 30-40 minutes.  Half – 20-30 minutes.

Manicotti

350 for 20 minutes covered then 10 minutes uncovered to brown the cheese.  add 10 minutes if not hot enough.  Half – same

Greek pasta

hot or cold.  Hot – 350 covered for 20 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes then 30 second intervals

Rice – microwave 2 minutes loosely covered then stir and add 30 second intervals till hot.

brussels – oven – 400 for 10 minutes or microwave for 1:30 or until hot using 30 second intervals
