tip: leave your food on the counter for 15-30 minutes before heating to help it stay tender.

chili lime chicken: 350 for 30 minutes covered or until hot, remove cover additional 10 minutes as needed. Half: 20 minutes same instructions

thai cashew chicken stir fry: Microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes, stir and microwave at 30 second intervals as needed.  Half:1.5 minutes then 30 second intervals

petite NY sirloin with sides: 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, remove steak at desired temperature, stir sides, back in oven for 5 minute intervals.

tuscan salmon: 350 degree oven, 10-15 minutes or until hot. 5 minute intervals as needed.

cherry BBQ cola chicken: 350 for 30 minutes covered or until hot, remove cover add additional 10 minutes as needed.  Half: 20 minutes same instructions.

sausage, mushroom skillet: 350 for 20-30 minutes or until hot uncovered, or microwave 2 minutes, stir, 30 second intervals until hot. Half: 1 minute 30 seconds, same instructions

chicken kabobs: Microwave 2 minutes, stir, 30 second intervals until hot  Half: 1 min 30 seconds, stir, 30 second intervals until hot

side dishes:. carrot and broccoli – Microwave uncovered 1.5 minutes, stir, 30 second intervals until hot

corn – same as carrots and broccoli

mashed potato: microwave covered for 2 minutes, stir, 30 second intervals until hot  add 2 tbsp of cream and mix in after heating the first time.
