To help keep your food more moist and tender leave out at room temp for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Meatloaf: leave on the counter at room temp for 30 minutes. Then heat at 350 covered for 20 minutes, then temp, if more time is needed add 10 minute increments covered until hot. Half – 15 minutes at first then 10 minute increments.
Picatta: 350 covered for 30 minutes then add 5 minute increments until hot. Half 20 minutes then 5 min increments
Maple Dijon chicken: same as picatta
Chili mac: 350 for 20 minutes stirring occasionally or until hot.
Haddock: 350 for 10 minutes uncovered. Add 5 minute increments until hot.
sides: heat at 350 covered for 15 minutes or until hot.
Mashed potato: heat in microwave loosely covered for 2 minutes with 2 tablespoons of milk or cream mixed in. Stir and then add 1 minute increments until hot. If no microwave heat in medium weight sauce pot on low to medium with the 2tbsp of cream stirring constantly until hot.
