Disclaimer:  Use plastic only in the microwave.  It is not oven proof

Pecan Chicken

350 covered for 30 minutes or until hot.  Half – 20 minutes or until hot.

Salmon

350 covered for 10-15 minutes

Ham and Potato

400 covered for 30-40 minutes and then 10 additional minutes uncovered or until cheese is nicely browned and the potato is cooked.

Squash

350 for 30-40 minutes uncovered.  if the quinoa starts to brown place a piece of tin foil over squash loosely

Shrimp taco

heat the shrimp and rice only.  Shrimp – 350 for 10 minutes.  Rice microwave for 1:30 minutes stirring after.  Heat then at 30 second increments until hot.

Pork

350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.

Smashed potato

350 for 10-15 minutes loosely covered or until hot.  or Microwave 2:30 then 30 second intervals until hot.

Carrots

350 for 10 minutes stirring occasionally or microwave for 1:30 minutes  and then 30 second intervals until hot.

Apple Dumplings

350 loosely covered for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
