tip:  leave your food on the counter 15-30 minutes before reheating

Chicken broccoli alfredo: heat in the oven at 350 covered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.  Then uncover and heat for an additional 10 minutes you can also heat in the microwave in a microwave safe container 2:30 stir then add 1 minute increments until hot.  Stirring after each increment.
Sesame asian chicken:  heat in microwave 1:30 then add 1 minute increments until hot.
Spaghetti and meatballs: heat in microwave in a microwave safe container, covered with plastic for 3 minutes then stir and add 1 minute increments until hot
Meatloaf: let it sit on the counter 30 minutes before heating.  heat in oven covered for 20-30 minutes at 350 or until hot.

Keto pepperoni chicken: Heat in oven at 350 covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for 10 minutes to brown the cheese
Chicken marsala: Heat in oven at 350 covered for 30 minutes
Spaghetti and meatballs: heat in microwave 3:30 covered in plastic stir half way through.  Add 1 minute increments until hot.
Honey BBQ boneless pork chop: Heat in oven at 400 uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
green beans, and brussels: heat at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
mashed: add 1 tbsp of milk or cream and stir in.  Then microwave 2 minutes stir and add 30 second intervals as needed.
