Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions

Sides except mashed potato and peas: heat in oven at 350-400 for 15-20 minutes or until hot with covers off.  Stir and add more time as needed.n

Mashed potato: add 2 tbsp of cream and heat in microwave for 2:30 stirring after 1 minute.  Finish and stir again.  Add 1 minute increments as necessary.

Turkey: add 2 tbsp of gravy and heat covered in microwave for 1 minute at a time. Until hot.

Gravy: heat in a heavy bottom saucepan on low heat stirring frequently.

tip:  leave your food on the counter 15-30 minutes before reheating.

Bolognaise: 350 covered for 20-30 minutes or until hot stirring halfway through.
Sausage skillet: heat in saute pan on medium heat with a little olive oil stirring frequently
Pecan Chicken: heat at 350 covered for 20-30 minutes or microwave 2:30 minutes then add 30 second intervals until hot.
Broccoli alfredo: 350 covered for 20-30 minutes or until hot stirring halfway through.
Fajita: heat at 350 covered for 20 minutes or microwave 2 minutes stir and then add 30 second intervals as needed.
NY sirloin: leave out of refrigerator for 15-30 min before heating. heat at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until desired temp is reached
carrots: heat at 400 for 10-15 minutes
scalloped potato: heat in microwave  2 minutes cut up a bit then heat for another 2 minutes or until hot
succotash: microwave 1:30 stir and then add 30 second intervals as needed.
