heat the chicken seperatly at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot with about a table spoon of water in the dish. Heat the steak at the same temp for 5-10 minutes. If you choose rto do so you can heat either up in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time.
Heat the remainder of the dish at 350 covered for 20 minutes or until hot stirring the rice and beans frequently. You may also wish to use the microwave and heat the rice, beans, pepper and onion at 1 minute intervals until hot stirring after each minute.
heat covered at 350 for 30 minutes or until or until hot.
potato – heat at 375 uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until hot
carrots – heat at 350 for 10-15 minutes uncovered or until hot.
heat uncovered at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
