in a sauce pan, heat on med lo stirring occasionally until it loosens up and then turn to medium. Heat till bubbles start to rise from the bottom. Thin with a little beef broth (a tablesopoon or two) if too thick.
Quart: Heat on medium lo stirring occasionally in a sauce pan. Once the cream has started to thin out a little add a 1/4 cup of milk and then continue to heat until bubles form. Add another tablespoon or 2 if still too thick.
Pint: Same instructions as above but instead of a 1/4 cup of milk use 2 table spoons and then add 1 tablespoon until desired consistancy.
chicken cordon bleu
heat covered at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot. Half: 15-20 minutes or until hot.
350 uncovered for 10 minutes or until hot.
heat at 350 for 20 minutes stirring occasionally cover on loosely. add 5 minute increments until hot. Half same instructions except instead of 20 minutes to start its 10-15.
350 for 10 minutes or until hot or microwave 1 minute at a time until hot. serve with vanilla icecream
