maple dijon chicken: 350 uncovered for 20 minutes or until hot. or microwave 2 min then 30 second intervals until hot.
Chicken bacon ranch: 350 for 20-30 minutes uncovered stirring occasionally.
bruschetta chicken: do not heat the tomato mix.  heat the chicken and cheese at 350 covered for 20-30 minutes or until hot.  then add the tomato mix
meatloaf dinner: microwave 2 minutes and then add 30 second intervals until hot.
chipotle chicken: 350 for 20-30 minutes uncovered stirring occasionally.
carrots and broccoli: heat at 350 uncovered for 10-15 minutes or microwave 1 minute then 30 second intervals until hot
fried eggplant: heat in oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes on a sheet pan.
tuscan shrimp: heat in a sauce pan on medium heat stirring frequently so as to not burn.
asian salmon: heat at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot
pork chops: heat in oven at 400 for 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
rice pilaf: heat in microwave 1:30 stir then add 30 second intervals until hot.
