Tip: leave out your food on the counter for 15-30 minutes before reheating to help the product stay tender

pesto chicken: 350 for 30 minutes covered.  Half- 20 minutes or until hot.

chicken noodle soup: heat in a sauce pan on medium stirring occasionally until hot

chicken broccoli alfredo: 350 for 20 minutes covered then 10 uncovered if needed stirring occasionally

greek stuffed peppers:  350 for 30 minutes covered, add 10-15 if needed.

keto egg roll in a bowl: heat the pork mix in a saute pan on medium  until hot.

honey balsamic chicken: 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.  half – 20 minutes.

tikka masala: heat 350 covered for 20 minutes or until hot stirring occasionally

bruschetta chicken: half – 20 minutes at 350 covered or until hot

sides: zucchini, cauliflower 350 uncovered for 10 minutes.  potato: 350 for 10-15 or until hot.
