steak/potato/butternut squash: 350 for 10-15 minutes steak only.  Uncovered. Sides: 15-20 minutes

cajun chicken pasta: 350 for 30 minutes stirring occasionally or until hot. Covered   Half: 15-20 minutes.

Paleo skillet: 400 for 20 minutes stirring occasionally or until hot.  Uncovered

Chicken scallopini: 350 for 30 minutes covered Half: 20 minutes or until hot

salmon: 350 for 10 minutes or until hot.  Let it sit out to warm up to room temp for 20 minutes first uncovered.

pizza chicken: 350 for 30 minutes uncovered,  or until hot.  Half: 20 minutes

sides: 350 uncovered sir 15-20 minutes ur until hot.
