fajita

heat at 350 for 15 minutes loosely covered, then take the protein out and heat for an additional 10 minutes or more if necessary.

Ziti

heat at 350 covered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally or until hot.

Squash

heat at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot uncovered.

Pork

heat at 350 for 15-20 minutes uncovered.  Add 10 minutes increments until desired temp

skillet

heat at 350 for 15 minutes covered.  Stir and then heat an additional 10 minutes or until hot.

stirfry

heat at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot.  Stir occasionally

grain bowl

Serve cold or if desired heat at 350 for 15 minutes stirring occasionally or until hot..  Add dressing after heating.

Sides

rice/carrots:  350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot stirring occasionally.
