Disclaimer: the plastic containers are not oven proof.

Tip: leave your food on the counter 15-30 minutes before heating to help keep the product tender.

french onion chicken: 350 covered for 30 minutes or until hot.  half – 20-30 minutes

spaghetti squash: 350 covered for 20 minutes or until hot or feta is melting.

firecracker salmon: 10-15 minutes at 350 uncovered.  leave the fruit slices on while heating

pasta primavera: 350 covered for 15-20 minutes or until hot stirring occasionally

tortellini: same as pasta primavera

pork chops: 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot.

maple dijon chicken thighs: 350 for 20-30 minutes or until hot.  half 15-20 minutes or until hot

side dish: scallop potato: 350 uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until hot.

garlic broccoli and baby carrots: microwave 1 minutes uncovered adding 30 second intervals as needed
