Taco Dip: beef, re-fried beans, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, cilantro made in a delicious layered dip all hot and ready to eat.
Chicken Fingers: Ken’s famous fried chicken tenders. Available in 3 flavors, plain, buffalo, honey BBQ
Wings: marinated with special herbs and seasoning, fried and tossed with buffalo sauce, or honey BBQ. May be served plain as well
Quesadilla – plain or chicken: marinated braised chicken, Colby jack cheese, scallions, tomato, served with a side of salsa
Chips and Salsa: homemade tortilla chips with fresh made salsa
Guacamole: served as an add on
Potato Skins: bacon, Colby jack cheese, scallions, sour cream
BBQ Chicken Flatbread: homemade pulled chicken with caramelized onions, red onions, a tangy BBQ sauce and drizzled with a Carolina vinegar sauce and finished with cheddar jack cheese
Chili Con Carne: chili with beans, ground beef, peppers, onion, secret seasoning, cheddar jack cheese
